Over the years, Fullerton Inn has celebrated the fine wines of the world in true sommelier fashion. Our wine pairing dinners are popular with our bed and breakfast guests, and this March we’ve decided to bring the event back. Chef James and owners Bret and Nancy Rugg have selected a world-class selection of France’s sweet and sparkling wines. While you’re enjoying your Prosciutto Tartine, you can taste the smooth blend of a Domaine des Gaudets from Burgundy. Sauvignon Blanc of the Loire Valley region and Macon Fuisse Dutron from Chardonnay are also included on the menu, for those with a more refine palette.
